In short: start with your guest count, then the occasion. Up to 10 guests fit a 36 ft yacht; 15–21 need 50–56 ft; 30 need 70–82 ft; 40–100 need 90–120 ft. Then pick features — a jacuzzi, a flybridge or several decks — that suit what you’re celebrating.

- Several decks: 90–120 ft yachts let you keep dinner, dancing and lounging in separate spaces.
