Important: Please review these terms carefully before confirming your reservation. By completing a booking, you enter into a binding agreement adhering to these conditions.
01 Reservation Changes
Any requested changes to your booking dates, times, or vessel are strictly subject to availability.
Depending on the specific changes, additional fees or seasonal rate differences may apply.
02 Cancellations & Refunds
Booking deposits are strictly non-refundable under all customer-initiated circumstances.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled trip: The remaining balance (if paid) is eligible for a 50% refund. Deposits remain forfeited.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled trip: 100% Non-refundable.
03 Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests made over 72 hours before the trip will be accommodated subject to availability.
Requests within the 72-hour window are considered last-minute and may not be feasible. If rescheduling is not possible, the standard cancellation terms apply.
04 No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time (No-Show) results in 0% refund.
The vessel will wait for a grace period of 30 minutes, which will be deducted from your total charter time.
05 High-Demand Days
Bookings for Fridays, Saturdays, and all Public Holidays are 100% Non-refundable upon customer cancellation.
06 Cancellations by Company
We reserve the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances like severe weather, mechanical issues, or Coast Guard instructions.
In such events, you will be offered an alternative date or an equivalent substitute yacht.
Should you decline all offered alternatives, a full refund of all payments received will be issued.
